Policy to hold a booking
You must confirm a booking for one of our tour packages by purchasing a tour through our CuscoCity.com website or over the phone to the CuscoCity office. (contact)

In order to hold a tour package you have to pay a 25% booking deposit or you can also pay the full amount. If the amount of a tour package is less then 200 USD (or equivalent in other currency) you have to pay the full amount (The system will not let you pay the 25% deposit).
At check out time use this coupon code "DEPOSIT", this will allow you to pay only 25% of any tour package.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour date in order to confirm your tour booking. You will receive an email reminder 10 days before it is due. However, you can pay the balance at any time by contacting us.

CuscoCity holds your money in a Chase Bank trust until your first tour day.
